Documents in diary describe the daily summary of the 3 Bn's activities, orders, events of note, and weather. Also includes newspaper clippings mentioning the arrival of Canadian troops at Plymouth as the first war contingent from Canada in the war, a postcard, and two photos of the "Lond (London) Wagon Show" detachment, 3rd Bn, 1914.
