From the Regimental Newsletter of 2013 recounting the occasion:
"The renowned artist Terence Cuneo was commissioned to record the event and produced a painting refecting the actual presentation (and unfortunately including the wretched block of fats). Perhaps not one of the Regiment’s most treasured artefacts it did contain a splendid, almost life size, image of Lieutenant Colonel John Stephenson – CO 5 Queens. Regimental folklore says that he took the rights out on all reproductions!"
