Title First World War Helmet
Description Dark green steel helmet with brown chin strap which belonged to Pioneer Thomas F. Myers, 3rd Battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force. Painted on the front are a red square for 1st Division with a green triangle on top for 1st Brigade. These markings were ordered by 1st Division to be painted after November 11, 1918. Inside the helmet is a cloth and leather insert to cushion the head.
