Title QOR of C British Columbia Plaque

Description Metal plate (iron/steel?) with rim that reads "City of Victoria, British Columbia" and has a silver plaque at the bottom rim that reads "Presented to the Battalion Queen's Own Rifles of Canada 27 January 1966". Centre of the plate is decorated with intricate images of two angels on either side of a shield with a crown at the centre. Rising out of the shield is the image of a tower with ivy, a dove, and sun rays. Under the image is a banner ribbon that reads "SEM PER LIBER"
